This morning, you have the option to revisit the Taj Mahal at sunrise for a truly magical experience. Later, you'll embark on a scenic tour of Ranthambore. En route, you'll stop at the historic and abandoned town of Fatehpur Sikri. Upon arrival in Ranthambore, a member of our team will welcome you at The Oberoi Vanyavilas, where you'll spend two nights in a luxurious tent. The Oberoi Vanyavilas offers a stunning contrast to the rugged wilderness of Ranthambore National Park. The sixth day of your luxury Rajasthan tour with Oberoi Hotels invites you to go on an exciting safari through Ranthambore National Park in search of the majestic Bengal tiger. Renowned as one of the best places in the world to see these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, Ranthambore promises an unforgettable experience. Your safari will take place in a comfortable private jeep, with only your experienced naturalist guide, ensuring an exclusive and immersive experience. After breakfast, we will take you to Jaipur, the 'Pink City' of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at The Oberoi Rajvilas, one of the most luxurious hotels in Jaipur. Here, check-in is an experience in itself, starting with a beautiful painted elephant and a shower of fragrant rose petals - a fitting introduction to this exceptional property. Today, enjoy a full day of guided sightseeing in Jaipur, starting at the magnificent Amer Fort. From there, check out the City Palace and its hidden private rooms, the Jantar Mantar Observatory, and the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). For an added touch of magic, you may choose to visit the Elephant Village, located just outside of the city. This is a tranquil, ethical sanctuary where you can spend time with elephants, feeding and bathing them, followed by a slow stroll through the surrounding jungle at sunset. If spending time with elephants isn't your thing, we can easily adjust your day to include a private cooking class or a special dining experience.

Alternatively, starting early this morning, you'll head out to the bazaars with your guide to experience the bustle of activity as the Pink City awakens. Stops will include the fragrant flower market, the wholesale milk market, the vegetable market and the Govind Dev Ji temple, ending with delicious chai (spiced tea) from a famous but inconspicuous tea shop. You'll later be driven to Jodhpur for two nights at the magnificent Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace. Fit for a king, the Maharaja of Jodhpur himself still lives in the palace here and can often be seen walking his dogs in the vast grounds. This evening, enjoy a guided walk through the palace, followed by a glass of sparkling wine at the bar to imagine you've stepped back in time.

Today a guided tour of Jodhpur takes you through Jaswant Thada, Mehrangarh Fort and the labyrinthine lanes of the old city. This evening, enjoy a private Bhopa performance - a rare Rajasthani art form that combines dance, singing and painting. Later, enjoy a traditional thali dinner (somewhat like tapas, a thali presents you with several small plates. It's a great way to get a taste of Rajasthan and try things you probably wouldn't order otherwise). Our former guests have found this to be a culturally enriching experience and a highlight of their stay.
 

This morning you will depart for Udaipur. Udaipur's romantic, fairy-tale-like and spontaneous atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to relax at the end of a luxury Rajasthan tour. On the way, we recommend breaking your drive to visit an exquisite 15th-century Jain temple at Ranakpur (with 1,444 uniquely carved pillars, it's a wonderful sight to see and an interesting place to stretch your legs). Upon arriving in Udaipur late tonight, it's time to relax and enjoy the evening at your hotel. There are three great options to choose from; The Oberoi Udaivilas, Taj Lake Palace, and The Leela Palace.

If you can tear yourself away from the splendor of The Oberoi Udaivilas, your guided tour of Udaipur will begin at the majestic City Palace. Rajasthan's largest palace is perched on a hill overlooking a spectacular view of the lake. Its octagonal towers, topped by graceful domes, are connected by a labyrinth of narrow passageways. Inside, the City Palace is a treasure trove of decorative arts, including exquisite paintings, vibrant enameling, intricate inlay glasswork and antique furnishings.

Next, set out on a walking tour of Udaipur's charming old city, where the narrow, winding streets are lined with shops selling textiles, silver jewellery and leather goods. Other highlights of the tour include the Jagdish Temple, the serene Sahelion Ki Bari (a beautiful rose garden), and the fascinating Crystal Gallery. To end this unforgettable day, enjoy a private sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola, providing a peaceful and picturesque end to your exploration of Udaipur.

The morning is your time to relax and enjoy one of India’s finest hotels, or perhaps take the opportunity to explore the cozy charm of Udaipur at your own pace. Whether you prefer to enjoy the comfort of your surroundings or venture out for some more exploration, the choice is yours. This afternoon, you’ll fly back to Delhi for an overnight stay at The Oberoi, Gurgaon. Today, you will be driven back to Delhi IGI Airport for your onward flight. This stop is completely optional – if your international departure is at night or in the early hours of the morning, you may prefer to connect directly from Udaipur. We can adjust the itinerary to suit your schedule and make sure everything aligns perfectly with your travel plans. Let us know what works best, and we will fine-tune the details for you.

Travel insurance for overseas travel is meant to accompany you and assist you in making more informed travel choices. All travellers must obtain travel insurance, which must be purchased from their home country with a sum insured of at least USD 100,000. Insurance should be obtained before departure. Personal accidents, death, medical costs and emergency repatriation must all be covered by your insurance. It is highly recommended that you obtain coverage for personal responsibility, loss of luggage, cancellation and curtailment.

You are responsible for all of your belongings during the tour. On domestic carriers, the standard weight limit for checked baggage is 15 kg, and the weight limit for carry-on luggage is 7 kg.

Unfortunately, because our automobiles are not wheelchair accessible, those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility cannot join us on trips anymore.
