Jaipur Arrival
At 8:00 am, Golden Triangle Tours in India, the tour guide will pick you up from the appointed place and proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Jaipur. Some of the highlights of your tour are:
Amer Fort/ Amber Fort
Start your day with the magnificent Amer Fort, an architectural marvel that stands proudly on top of a hill, 11 km from Jaipur city. Built by Raja Man Singh I in the 16th century, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is a testament to the grandeur of Rajputana architecture.
City Palace
Built by Raja Sawai Jai Singh II, the palace is a magnificent example of the blend of Rajput tectonics, Mughal tectonics and European tectonics, and offers a glimpse of the lavish lifestyle of the royal family.
Hawa Mahal
One of the most iconic sites of Jaipur is the Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of the Winds. Built by Raja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799, this five-story building is an architectural masterpiece. The intricate design of 953 jharokha (small windows) creates a beautiful facade that is both delicate and awe-inspiring.
Jantar Mantar
The 19 astrological instruments that make up the Jantar Mantar famous, in Jaipur were constructed by Sawai Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur, Rajasthan, a Rajput ruler. In 1734, the monument was finished. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has the largest stone sundial in the world. It is close to Hawa Mahal and City Palace.
Jal Mahal
Although the Jal Mahal is translated as the "Water Palace," Maharaja Madho Singh I had no intention of using it as a palace when it was constructed. Rather, it was intended to serve as a hunting lodge for the monarch and his court while they went duck hunting. The palace, which is a well-known tourist destination even today, is situated in the centre of Jaipur's Man Sagar Lake.
Panna Meena Ka Kund
A 16th-century stepwell called Panna Meena ka Kund can be seen near Amer, a Jaipur suburb. It is just one of the several stepwells constructed in Rajasthan to hold water for agricultural, drinking, and religious uses. Stepwells are singular architectural wonders that blend style and utility. These are ponds or wells that are reachable via a flight of stairs that go down from the surface of the ground to the water.
