Before continuing to the well-known Golden Triangle locations of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, this wonderful journey takes in the stunning border city of Amritsar, the contemporary Chandigarh and the picturesque mountain town of Shimla. Experience the renowned festivities of Amritsar, stroll through lovely gardens, and take in the breathtaking scenery. Travel back in time to the era of the British Raj by taking the train to the picturesque town of Shimla. After that, take in the bustle of the Golden Triangle while seeing famous locations like Delhi's India Gate, Agra's Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri, and Jaipur's magnificent Pink City.
Upon arrival, our representative will drop you at the hotel where you freshen up for Amritsar sightseeing. Here you visit the famous Wagah Border, located on the India-Pakistan border. It is a memorable experience that reflects the history and relationship between India and Pakistan. After the ceremony, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Early in the morning get ready to visit the Golden Temple, also known as Harmandir Sahib, which is one of the revered Sikh temples in India. This beautiful temple stands as a symbol of peace, equality and spiritual solace.
Afterward, visit Jallianwala Bagh, a historical site that commemorates the tragic event known as the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Overnight stay at the hotel in Amritsar.

Transfer to Chandigarh after breakfast, upon arrival, check into the hotel and change into new clothes. You can take a sightseeing tour of the city in the afternoon. During the tour, you will explore the Rock Garden, stroll around Sukhna Lake, stop at the neighbouring attractive gardens, and visit the Rose Garden, which is home to over 1,500 species of roses. The Rock Garden is a singular and inventive installation consisting of more than 2,000 sculptures made over 20 years out of concrete, steel drums, broken sinks and rusty bicycle frames. You will take a morning drive to Kalka Station, where you will board "The Himalayan Queen," a narrow gauge train that will transport you to Shimla. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the breathtaking scenery along the way as the train ride lasts for approximately five hours. Upon arrival at Shimla Station transfer you to the hotel and the rest of the day be leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Before the British arrived, the only item in Shimla was Shyamala, a peaceful forest glade that was named after the native goddess Kali. Because of its fresher, crisper air and milder climate, Shimla became the summer capital of the Raj by the mid-1860s. The tour this morning takes you to the Viceregal Lodge, the renowned Gaiety Theatre and the imitation Tudor Library. You'll also have time to go shopping on the next street or at the mall. Spend the night at the hotel.

You have the choice to plan optional extra activities or just spend the day at leisure. Take a nature walk from the house where Rudyard Kipling authored Plain Tales From the Hills and discover Shimla. Visit the princely realm of Dhami to spend the day with the noble family, going on birding excursions and sharing lunchtime stories over tea. Alternatively, take afternoon tea at the Oberoi Wildflower Hall. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Upon arrival at the airport, our representative will meet you and provide you with a comfortable transfer to the hotel and help you with the check-in process. Here freshen up and get ready for Delhi sightseeing after some rest. In your evening Delhi sightseeing tour you visit the magnificent Akshardham Temple and enjoy the sound and light show at the Red Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

After breakfast visit Red Fort and Jama Masjid. Next guide will set up a cycle rickshaw tour so you can explore Chandni Chowk and the bygone era. You'll later see the Qutub Minar, which dates back to the 12th century and Humayun's Tomb. After that, the car will be used to see the majestic avenues and structures such as Rashtrapati Bhawan (President's Residence), the former imperial home of the British viceroys and India Gate.

Post breakfast check out and head towards Agra, the city of love. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and freshen up for the Agra sightseeing tour.
Here you visit the Taj Mahal, a milky white jewel situated on the banks of the Yamuna River and visit Agra Fort, a majestic red sandstone structure. Additionally, explore the Itimad-ud-Daulah also known as Baby Taj, which bears a striking resemblance to the Taj Mahal and showcases the grandeur of Mughal architecture. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Early in the morning, get ready to visit the sunrise view of the Taj Mahal, built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast before starting the next part of the Agra Sightseeing. In the evening check out from the hotel in Agra and head towards Jaipur en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri - the abandoned village, to see the beautifully designed structures and sock in the historical significance of this remarkable site.

After breakfast get ready to visit Pink City Jaipur. The entire city of Jaipur was painted pink by Maharaja Ram Singh because the colour pink was associated with hospitality. The pink hue that permeates the city creates an amazing spectacle. You will go on an excursion to Amer Fort during this time when you are as fresh as ever in the morning. This four-story castle is situated next to the glistening Maota Lake. Visit the UNESCO-listed Jantar Mantar space observatory and the Maharaja's City Palace thereafter. After that, make a photo stop at Hawa Mahal, also known as the Palace of Winds. After attractions, take some time to explore the bustling bazaars of Pink City. Overnight stay at the hotel in Jaipur.

After breakfast and check out, leave Delhi. Check Out and transfer to Delhi, upon arrival check into the hotel. Rest of the day is free. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After choosing your preferred itinerary, all you have to do to reserve your spot is send a deposit of 10% plus the cost of each booking for the train and airfare. Do your final payment when you arrive for the tour.

If you need to cancel the tour, you have up to 45 days before it starts. In that instance, your whole land deposit will be returned, along with any advance payments you made, within 14 business days.

If you have to cancel a trip after it has begun for whatever reason, we are not obligated to reimburse you for any unused services. Golden Triangle Tours In India will try our best to get back as much of your money as possible on your behalf or arrange a credit for future use.
You shall be responsible for and obligated to pay for any expenses incurred by cancellation or modification made between thirty days before the start date of the tour and the end date of the tour within twenty-four hours of the modification.
If the tour needs to be rescheduled or postponed for any reason other than illness or COVID-19, we are not obligated to pay you for any unused services. You are accountable for any related expenses, which need to be covered within a day.

Travel insurance for overseas travel is meant to accompany you and assist you in making more informed travel choices. All travellers must obtain travel insurance, which must be purchased from their home country with a sum insured of at least USD 100,000. Insurance should be obtained before departure. Personal accidents, death, medical costs and emergency repatriation must all be covered by your insurance. It is highly recommended that you obtain coverage for personal responsibility, loss of luggage, cancellation and curtailment.
You are responsible for all of your belongings during the tour. On domestic carriers, the standard weight limit for checked baggage is 15 kg, and the weight limit for carry-on luggage is 7 kg.
Unfortunately, because our automobiles are not wheelchair accessible, those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility cannot join us on trips anymore.

In the event that Golden Triangle India Tours receives notification of an inaccurate name, there will be a $100.00 booking fee in addition to any additional fees levied by the airline, cruise line, lodging provider or other travel suppliers.
